WeCheck operates on a flexible, consumption-based credit model. This ensures you only pay for the intelligence you actually use, whether you're performing a single deep-dive investigation or running thousands of automated scans via API.


How Credits Work

Every action on the WeCheck platform (Scans, Identity Matching, Risk Scoring) consumes Credits.

  • Enterprise: For global organizations requiring custom scan workflows, SSO, and dedicated support.

Managing your Balance

You can monitor your credit consumption and top up your balance directly from the Billing Section of your dashboard.

  • Auto-Reload: Enable auto-top-up to ensure your automated API scans never pause due to a low balance.
  • Usage Reports: Download detailed CSV reports to track credit usage by team member or workspace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do credits expire? Standard credits rollover each month on recurring plans. One-time "Top-up" bundles typically have a 12-month validity.

Can I share credits across workspaces? Yes, Org Admins can allocate credit pools to specific workspaces to manage budgets across different departments.
